Aluminum Rod (EC) is produced with Continuous Casting and Rolling Line and aluminum ( Electrical Conductors Grade ) ingots melting, in diameter of 9.5 mm.
Aluminum Rod 9.5 mm is produced in the form of basket weight up to 4000 kg or coils with 1000 – 2000 kg or any special weight ordered .
Applications
1- Aluminum rod ( EC ) with a purity of at least 99.5% aluminum and with a diameter of 9.5 mm, is used as a raw material to produce all kinds of aluminum wires and cables, such as: aluminum overhead conductors for power transmission and power distribution lines , low voltage under ground cables , high-capacity conductors, aluminium covered conductors and … .
2- Aluminum rod (EC) with a purity of at least 99.5% aluminum and with a diameter of 9.5 mm , is used as a raw material to produce refrigerator evaporator tubes (refrigerator cooling) .
3- Aluminum rod ( EC ) with a purity of at least 99.5% aluminum and with a diameter of 9.5 mm, is used as a raw material to produce aluminium granules (chips) as a deoxygenator in the steel melt cauldron on steel industry .
4- Aluminum rod (EC) with a purity of at least 99.5% aluminum and with a diameter of 9.5 mm , is used as a raw material to produce of aluminum round mesh wires and aluminum rectangular wires on dry transformer, small transformer , welding transformers , as wire in electromagnetism to generate field Magnetic , automotive electronics , industrial machines , household appliances , computers , televisions , etc .
5 – Aluminum rod ( EC ) with a purity of at least 99.5% aluminum and with a diameter of 9.5 mm, is used as a raw material to produce, a variety of flat wires (aluminum belts) using for magnets.
